Only non-perishable items (e.g., gardening tools and accessories) are eligible.

Perishable goods (like live plants, soil, or fertilizers) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
🚨 Returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse — not our office address.

Tools and accessories must show no signs of use or alteration.

We do not accept returns on perishable items unless they are defective on arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
